2. Order Processing & Timelines

To ensure accurate delivery expectations, our shipping process is divided into Handling Time and Transit Time.

A. Daily Order Cut-Off

  • Processing Days: Monday – Friday

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.


B. Handling Time

This is when your order is verified, quality-checked, and securely packaged.

  • Handling Duration: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)


C. Transit Time

Once shipped, your package is delivered by our carrier partners.

  • Transit Duration: 2–6 business days (Mon–Fri)

5. Apparel Packaging Standards

Each item is packed according to its fabric type and structure:

  • Jackets: Boxed to maintain structure and shape


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

To meet our delivery timelines, please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Address Corrections

  • Before Handling: We can update your address if notified promptly

  • After Shipment: Address changes are no longer possible; carrier intercept fees may apply

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

  • P.O. Boxes are supported via USPS

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses may experience extended transit times


7. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal:

  • The item will be returned to our warehouse

  • A refund for the product price only will be issued

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases


8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of damage

  • We will issue a replacement or refund after review

Stolen Packages

  • Modifications: Possible only if the order has not entered handling
